Coffee Life

So... I'm actually a tea drinker, but this image came to me with coffee instead of tea. I just don't think a tea leaf will pull it off.

Part 1 of a pair of paintings. It's 7x9 in size and painted in acrylics. I'm not actually a painter, but I enjoy doing this kind of work. It's hard to see on the digital image, but each section of the painting has different strokes and textures that kind of counter the flatness of the imagry. I really like this painting a lot.
